A high-performance diving watch that carries the design of one of the most iconic divers in history: the Doxa Sub 300T Caribbean, water-resistant to 1200m.
To contextualize such importance, let's go back to the end of the 60s, when Doxa launched the Sub 300T Conquistador – the first diving watch with a helium release valve aimed at the general public, following its tradition of being a pioneer in the creation of professional and recreational diving watches.
In 2019, half a century later, the traditional Swiss brand presented this model that carries the genes of the past with technical innovations, resulting in an updated high-performance diving watch.
It has a steel case measuring 42.5 mm in diameter and 44.5 mm lug to lug, and it wears very well, especially due to its “cushion” design. The unidirectional bezel has a decompression scale. The blue dial (“Caribbean”) features hands and markers with Super-LumiNova coating for excellent underwater legibility. Above it is a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. It is equipped with the Caliber 58, a Swiss automatic, with a 38-hour power reserve and a frequency of 28,800 vph (4.0 Hz). The bracelet is of the “beads of rice” type, a Doxa trademark, with a folding clasp and extension for use over a diving suit.
Pre-owned item in excellent condition. Complete with box, manuals, warranty card, case and extra silicone strap with original clasp.
