Attractive and rare “Constellation”, a collection launched in 1952 aimed at offering high-quality, precision-built watches, which remains in the Omega catalog to this day.

This model, manufactured in 1962, is in a rare state of preservation. The dial is original, without restoration, and has an interesting patina. Details include the “crosshair” style and “dauphine” hands. The case is in excellent condition, with its “lyre-lugs” featuring a slight chamfer that has remained intact over the decades. It is also worth mentioning that it is equipped with the COSC (Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres) certified caliber 561.

In addition to the Constellation inscription and the star applied to the dial, on the back there is a gold medallion with the image of the Geneva Observatory and the constellation of eight stars, representing chronometry records and awards won by Omega up to 1952.
