This model is nicknamed “Giant” for a reason, with a diameter of 44mm and 50mm L2L, it is a watch with expressive dimensions.

Many also call it Anakin in reference to Star Wars with its futuristic design… For the most aficionados, the case finish is bombarded with tungsten (1200 Vickers) which makes it more scratch resistant.

It’s a controversial watch, but love it or hate it, it’s a rare example to find and has its place in Omega’s history.

The watch is in excellent condition, all original except for the strap. The textured dial has a uniform yellowish patina that gives a unique personality to this model, often found in white or gray.
