To celebrate its 100th anniversary, Omega launched the Seamaster collection in 1948, which is still present in its catalog today, with several iconic models.

This 1952 Seamaster is just as we love it: dauphine hands and a completely original dial that has developed a beautiful patina over the decades, giving the piece exclusivity and charm.

Its movement marked the history of watchmaking as it was one of the first automatic calibres. It has an exclusive movement system in which, instead of the rotor rotating completely, it only moves in an arc of approximately 120 degrees, hitting against springs, creating the sensation of a hammer striking, hence the nickname bumper.

With a 35mm diameter case, it is ideal for those who like watches that are more discreet in size, but still have a lot of personality and history.

Its design is so iconic that in 2018, in celebration of the 70th Anniversary of the Seamaster, Omega launched the reference model 511.13.38.20.02.001 limited to 1,948 units.
