After the flop of the Speedmaster Mark II as the new “Moonwatch” to be certified by NASA, it seemed that the hand-wound Lemania calibers were already a thing of the past and the Speedmaster deserved a new ex-Moon chapter. The Mark line reached its third iteration and Omega incorporated the automatic Lemania 1340/5100 movements (internally called 1040/1045 by Omega).

The Mark V, launched in the 1980s, featured an entirely sandblasted case, a unique design, an integrated bracelet and the two-tone trend. In addition to the 1045 calibre version, Omega brought back the acclaimed 861 for a version of the Teutonic aimed at the German market.

The Teutonic available here has all the features that differentiate it from other Speedmasters and that can add more color and emphasis to your collection!
