Exceptional example of the famous Seiko 6138-0040, also known as the “Bullhead” because the placement of the chronograph pushers resembles a bull’s horns and the sub-dials its eyes.

Like the 6139 caliber, it was one of the first automatic chronographs released on the market, featuring the vertical clutch system of its predecessor, but with some subtle changes, such as the addition of a 12-hour accumulator.

It is famous for being Ayrton Senna’s watch, even back when he was a kart racer.

This model has appreciated very quickly in recent years because it is very difficult to find one that is completely original, with the dial and case in good condition like this example available in our collection. An unmissable watch for collectors and enthusiasts.
