A striking and exclusive design, the Tag Heuer 6000 Series occupied the top of the brand’s pyramid in the 1990s, revealing pride in the success of building diving watches.
Designed by Jorg Hysek, this model features a unique design, with the integration of the Tag Heuer shield throughout the design of the watch - bottom and top of the case, 12 o'clock marker (inverted shield), 12 o'clock marker on the bezel, as well as the logo in high relief applied to the dial (at 12 o'clock), signed on the crown, engraved on the case back and on the clasp, totaling eight shields.
The complex bracelet made up of 255 individual pieces (with all the links) is a masterpiece in its own right that cannot go unmentioned.
All of this gives this watch a unique and striking design, revealing Tag Heuer’s pride in the success of building diving watches, with the brand launching the 6000 series to represent this achievement.
This piece from our collection is from 1997 and is in excellent condition. It has a 39mm diameter steel case, unidirectional bezel, sapphire crystal and “Mercedez” style hour hand on the beautiful blue dial. It is equipped with the ETA 2892/A2 caliber with chronometry certification (COSC). The bracelet fits wrists up to approximately 18.5cm. Original polishing, with minor signs of use.
